Warren Howard

Warren Howard is an accomplished quality and engineering manager currently serving as the Quality Manager at MWH since February 2020, responsible for overseeing quality delivery on the SFPUC Biosolids Digester Facilities Project. Previously, Warren held roles at AECOM, where responsibilities included Program Construction Manager for numerous major construction projects in Miami, and various construction management positions involving wastewater systems and potable water facilities. With extensive experience in construction and project management across multiple high-value projects, Warren's career began as a graduate engineer at AECOM Design Build, progressing through various on-site roles in the UK. Warren holds a BEng (Hons) degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from the University of Huddersfield.
