Heather Oxley

Heather Oxley is a Senior Design Manager at MWH Treatment, with a career spanning over two decades in civil and environmental engineering. Since joining MWH Treatment in March 2016, Heather has advanced from Design Manager to Senior Design Manager. Previously, Heather served as a Principal Engineer at MOUCHEL plc. from August 2008 to February 2016, and worked as a Consultant for United Utilities focused on data management and process consultancy in 2009. Heather began their career as a Senior Engineer at Crowder Consulting from 1999 to 2006, where project management and client liaison for various Water Authorities were key responsibilities. Heather holds a First Class Honours degree (MEng) from the University of Liverpool, completed in 1999.
