James Glenister

James Glenister is a seasoned professional in the water industry with over 15 years of experience. Currently serving as a Senior Design Manager at MWH Treatment since 2016, James has held multiple roles including Lead Portfolio Solutions Manager and Technical Manager. Prior to MWH Treatment, James worked at MWH, now part of Stantec, where responsibilities included technical delivery management and supporting construction phases. James began in the field as a Mechanical Engineer at Biwater, focusing on various Water Treatment projects. A graduate of Coventry University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering, James has extensive knowledge in Water Non-Infrastructure projects involving design, stakeholder management, and health and safety compliance.
