Carrie Kelley Kufta

Carrie Kelley Kufta has extensive experience in customer engagement and development roles. Carrie is currently the Vice President of Customer Engagement at MWI Animal Health since February 2023. Prior to this, Carrie held a similar position at Cochlear from July 2020 to February 2023. Carrie also served as the Head of Customer Communities from July 2017 to July 2020 and as the Director of the Cochlear Awareness Network from August 2013 to July 2017.

Before their work at Cochlear, Carrie worked as the Regional Development Director for Growth Partnerships at Susan G. Komen for the Cure from July 2011 to August 2013. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Business Development at Alzheimer's Community Care Centers from 2009 to 2011.

Carrie's professional journey began at the Humane Society of the Palm Beaches, where they served as the Business Development Manager for Medical Equipment from January 2004 to January 2005. Carrie later became the Director of Development from 2005 to 2009.

Carrie Kelley Kufta pursued their education at Colorado State University from 2015 to 2018, where they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Management. During the same period, they also completed another Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Organizational Effectiveness, both from Colorado State University. In 2016, they attended the Strategic Growth Program at Columbia Business School.
