Lecia Ross

Lecia is an experienced business woman that, along with her late husband, has owned and operated multiple John Deere Dealerships. Her passion to help others has brought her out of retirement and MWR Financial is blessed to have her as the Chief Operating Officer. Lecia heads up the day to day operations of MWR Financial, along with the hiring and training of the incredible support staff. Her goal here at MWR Financial is not only to make sure things run smoothly, but also to make sure that every Customer and Financial Director gets the professional level of support they need to succeed.
