Jamie Kelly

Jamie Kelly is currently working as an Underwriter at MX since July 2023. Prior to this, Jamie worked at Miles Smith from June 2016 to January 2024, holding roles such as Account Manager, Claims Manager, and Assistant Claims Manager. The experience includes handling wholesale and retail claims, auditing external partners, validating and settling various types of commercial property claims, and auditing internal processes to mitigate business risks. Jamie has also worked as a Customer Service Representative at HSBC from September 2008 to November 2010 and completed education at Shoeburyness High School from 2002 to 2007.
