Naveen Bhatia

Naveen Bhatia has extensive work experience in finance and accounts. Naveen currently serves as the Head of Finance (CFO) at MXPlayer since December 2017. Prior to this, they worked at Religare as the Head of Finance and Accounts for RHT (India) from July 2012 to December 2017. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance and Accounts at iYogi Technical Services Private Limited from January 2010 to August 2012. In this role, they were responsible for various tasks such as payroll automation, ERP implementation, US GAAP financials, tax filings, and SEZ reporting. Bhatia also worked as the Deputy General Manager of Finance and Accounts at ireo management pvt. ltd. from June 2007 to December 2009, where they handled bank financing proposals and reported to the Reserve Bank of India for inward remittances. Naveen was previously the Head of Finance and Accounts at Chaman Lal Setia Exports Limited from September 1998 to June 2007. Bhatia started their career as an Internal Auditor at Airtel in July 1997.

Naveen Bhatia's education history includes a Diploma in Information Systems Audit from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2003. Naveen also earned a degree in Chartered Accountancy, specializing in Accounts and Finance, from the same institute between 1993 and 1997. In addition, they completed a diploma in Information Systems from ICAI in New Delhi in 2004. Naveen Bhatia obtained a B.Com degree in Accounts and Income Tax from DYAL SINGH COLLEGE, Karnal, and Kurukshetra University in 1993. Furthermore, they had completed 12th grade in the Non Medical stream from PRATAP PUBLIC SCHOOL in 1990, and finished 10th grade from ST. THERESAS CONVENT SCHOOL in 1987, with subjects including English, Maths, Physics, and Chemistry.
