Liza Voticky

Liza Voticky, CIR, is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. As the founder of MXA Talent Solutions since November 2020, Liza focuses on transforming talent attraction strategies to meet future recruiting needs. Previously, Liza served as Head of Global Talent Attraction at Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. and spent nearly nine years at The Coca-Cola Company, assuming multiple leadership roles including Group Director of North America Talent Acquisition, where there was oversight of diversity, military, and campus recruitment strategies. Prior experience includes managerial roles at Aon, where Liza led a sizeable recruitment team, and at Manpower as a Branch Manager. Liza's educational credentials include a Diversity and Inclusion Certificate from Cornell University and various certifications in coaching and behavioral interviewing.
