Julie Coupland

Julie Coupland is currently the Manager of Talent Acquisition at mXa, where Julie leverages cognitive psychology to improve the success of M&A value realization post close and transformational programs. Prior to this, Julie worked as an Executive Recruiter at Claddagh Resources and was the Owner of Simply Jules LLC. With a background in human resources at Coopers & Lybrand and Citibank Canada, Julie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wilfrid Laurier University.
