Lauren Lerman has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Lauren began their career as an Intern for the United States House of Representatives in 2008. Lauren then worked as an Intern and later as an Assistant for Human Rights Watch in 2011. In 2012, they joined The Battery Conservancy as a Development Assistant, where they managed donor correspondence and played a crucial role in organizing fundraising events.

From 2014 to 2018, Lauren worked at ioby as a Leader Success Strategist, coaching crowdfunding campaign leaders and contributing to the company's growth. Lauren then joined illumis as the Chief of Staff & Operations Director, where they managed various aspects of the business, including finance, hiring, and customer success.

In 2019, they became the Director of Projects & Process at Dragonfly Collective, overseeing project management and process improvement initiatives. Currently, they are working at MxD as a Program Manager, focusing on workforce development initiatives.

Throughout their career, Lauren has demonstrated their ability to drive growth, manage operations, and cultivate relationships with donors and clients. Lauren has a strong track record of implementing effective strategies and processes to achieve organizational goals.

Lauren Lerman attended The University of Kansas from 2006 to 2010. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Global and International Studies.
