Paul Pierson

Paul Pierson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Paul currently serves as the Engineering Director at MxD, a company that focuses on the modernization of US manufacturing. In this role, they are responsible for managing a 22,000 square foot factory floor and serving as a primary tour guide for visitors interested in digital manufacturing. Prior to their current role, Paul held various positions at Motorola Mobility, including Director of Strategy / Competitive Device Analysis, where they led a team in creating competencies in competitive device cost teardown estimates and portfolio analysis. Paul also served as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt, obtaining both Black Belt and Master Black Belt certifications. Additionally, Paul has experience as the Director of the New Product Introduction Center, Director of Program Management, and Manufacturing Technical Operations Manager at Motorola Mobility.

Paul Pierson studied at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering.
