Rosa Almaraz has extensive experience in account management and customer relations, currently serving as the Director of Account Management at MXS Solutions since December 2015. Prior roles at MXS Solutions include Senior Account Manager, Account Manager, and Social Media and Reputation Manager. Prior to this, Rosa worked at Darden as a Front Desk Trainer at Yard House from April 2014 to November 2015, contributing valuable skills in training and customer service.
