Wayne Ritter

Wayne Ritter has extensive experience in the security industry, beginning with Universal Atlantic Systems in February 1998, where initial roles included telephone answering service operator and advancing to DVR/CCTV support. In May 2008, Wayne transitioned to Electronic Security Corporation of America as a service department coordinator, offering customer support and scheduling. From August 2010 to January 2015, Wayne served as a technical support and inside sales representative at Alarm Capital Alliance, focusing on customer troubleshooting and equipment recommendations. Since January 2015, Wayne has been an inside sales consultant at My Alarm Center, winning the Presidents Club award three times in 2015, 2017, and 2021, while managing customer communications and system installations.
