Victoria Jordan

Vicky Jordan is the General Manager of Branded Content and Creative at My Code Media. Vicky has over 15 years of experience in the creative industry, with a focus on branded content and partnerships.

Jordan began their career as an Agency Creative Lead, developing creative that generated over 3M in revenue in the first year in business. Vicky quickly grew the repeat business YOY by 166%, as well as building out internal and external teams to execute effective client programs.

In their current role at My Code Media, Jordan is responsible for leading the creative team and driving ideation on highly qualified programs. Vicky has successfully led the team to generate 26M in business in 2021. Jordan is also a driving force behind the implementation of creative development processes and no-fly zone creative hours intended to support innovative creative development that delivers on client and audience KPIs.

Under Jordan’s leadership, the team has also developed ever-evolving best practices implementing operationalized performance analysis of branded social, editorial, and video content. In addition, they have supported the development of team members through participation in the Complex mentorship program and partnering with cross-functional teams to innovate around current mentorship and support programs.
