Ratik Gupta

Ratik Gupta has a diverse work experience spanning multiple fields. Ratik is currently the Founder of My Equation, a platform that provides STEM education and promotes innovation in technology. Ratik also serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the same company. In addition, Ratik is a Charter Member of TiE Chandigarh, an organization that supports entrepreneurs and investors in creating a positive ecosystem for wealth creation through entrepreneurship. Ratik is a Student Member of TiE Surat and a Member of Markoknow.

Ratik has also been involved in various roles within IEEE SRMIST, including Chairperson of the IEEE Consumer Electronics Society (CES) and Chairperson of the IEEE Industry Applications Society (IAS). Ratik has gained practical experience through internships at Euclid Labs and Chiripal Poly Films Limited. Furthermore, Ratik has been an Electronics Member at Recon Subsea and a Member in the control domain at SRM TEAM HUMANOID.

Ratik Gupta completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronic, and Communications Engineering Technology at SRM University from 2017 to 2021. Ratik then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision at SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) from 2022 to 2024. In addition to their formal education, Ratik obtained various certifications, including Power Electronics from Coursera in June 2020, arduino step by step from Udemy in May 2020, Altium Designer from Altium® in April 2020, and PMMI Mechatronics: Programmable Logic Controllers 1 (PLCs) from Chiripal Poly Films Limited in May 2019.
