Goutham Gedela

Goutham Gedela has extensive experience in the real estate industry, with a focus on business development and commercial strategy. Goutham currently serves as the Head of Commercial Business at My Home Constructions, where they are responsible for developing and managing the company's commercial projects. Prior to this role, Goutham worked as the AVP of Business Development at Bangalore International Airport Ltd, overseeing the development of the airport city project. Goutham also held the position of Associate Vice President at RMZ Corp, where they managed Grade A+ assets in Hyderabad. Goutham's career also includes roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where they served as an Assistant Vice President, and at JLL, where they worked as a Manager in the Markets department. Goutham began their career at Cushman & Wakefield as a Senior Account Manager and later transitioned into the role of Project Management Coordinator.
