M.V. Krishna Rao has extensive experience in various industries, including real estate, retail, and FMCG. M.V. Krishna currently serves as the President - Commercial, Retail & Residential Real Estate at My Home Constructions since 2020. Prior to this, they held various leadership positions such as Head of Leasing & Operations at L&T Realty from 2015 to 2019, Vice President at Old Mutual South Africa from 2013 to 2014, and Associate Vice President at PHOENIX GROUP from 2012 to 2013. Before entering the real estate industry, Rao was the General Manager of Mall Operations & Retail at Inorbit Malls India Pvt Ltd from 2007 to 2012 and the Regional Head of Retail - South India at ITC Limited from 2006 to 2007. M.V. Krishna also gained valuable retail experience during their tenure as Retail Head - South & Key Accounts Manager at Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd from 1996 to 2006. Prior to this, they held positions in the FMCG sector, including State Head at National Panasonic Batteries India Ltd from 1991 to 1996 and Area Sales at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd from 1987 to 1991.

M.V. Krishna Rao holds a Bachelor's Degree from Osmania University. M.V. Krishna then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Administration and Management at the Institute Of Public Enterprise. In 2016, they attended the Indian School of Business to complete a certificate course on Marketing.
