Frank McKinley is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in both residential real estate and business consulting. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at My Home Group since March 2020, McKinley also heads TCB Consulting Group as CEO, where expertise in business consulting, sales training, and national real estate education is applied. Previous engagements include a decade-long role with The Curtis Johnson Team Powered By EXP Realty and over a decade as the owner of Outer Image Studios, where leadership and operational systems contributed to significant business growth. Frank McKinley holds a Real Estate Professional degree from the Arizona School of Real Estate & Business and an Associate's degree in Cosmetology from Northland Pioneer College, along with a background in the United States Navy.
