Chris Prescott

Chris Prescott is a seasoned professional in the real estate industry with a diverse background spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Customer Success at myhomeIQ, Chris previously held several key roles, including District Director at Fathom Realty, where responsibilities included team leadership and mentoring. As the inaugural Market Manager for Redfin in Minnesota, Chris successfully built and led a team of over 80 agents. Additionally, Chris has experience as a consultant for Limelight Marketing Systems, enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Earlier roles include Director of Education & Training at Coldwell Banker Burnet, where Chris developed training programs for over 2000 agents, and real estate sales associate, achieving significant success in property sales. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a Minnesota Real Estate Broker's License.
