Nicola Proudlock

Nicola Proudlock is a Principal at My Inhouse Lawyer since June 2017, where collaboration with SMEs is a key focus. Concurrently, Nicola serves as a Consultant Solicitor at Spencer West LLP, specializing in Commercial and Intellectual Property Law, particularly within Life Sciences and Technology for early-stage companies. Previous experience includes roles as Director and Solicitor at New Leaf Law from April 2010 to September 2022, General Counsel and Company Secretary at Snell from February 2003 to February 2009, and Legal Advisor positions at Shire Pharmaceuticals from 1998 to 2003 and Wyeth Laboratories from 1993 to 1998. Nicola holds a Law degree with French from the University of Birmingham, completed in 1987, and has a strong educational background from King James' College and Chiltern Edge.
