Ramatoulaye Bah has worked in various roles in the scientific field since 2004. From 2004 to 2007, they were a Research Assistant (M.Sc. project) at Maisonneuve-Rosemont hospital research centre, where they quantified plasmatic cytokines by ELISA, wrote experimental protocols and analyzed results, and presented results to collaborators and congresses. Ramatoulaye Bah obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry from Université du Québec à Montréal in 2005. Ramatoulaye then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Sciences Biomédicales from Université de Montréal in 2007. In 2015, they completed their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Virology and Immunology at Université de Montréal.
