Godelieve Emmerik

Godelieve Emmerik is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate legal affairs and various areas of law, including litigation, contract law, and employment law. Currently serving as the Head of Legal Affairs and Corporate Legal Counsel at My Jewellery since June 2025, Godelieve previously held the position of Head of Legal Affairs at Rode Kruis Nederland from December 2022 to May 2025, and prior to that, led legal initiatives at the Unlimited Footwear Group. Godelieve's career commenced as a Product Manager in the fashion industry, gradually transitioning into legal roles, culminating in a partnership at ISRAELS VAN KESSEL ADVOCATEN & ADVISEURS, where expertise was honed from 2006 to 2022. Godelieve possesses multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Law from Leiden University and an MBA from LSE, along with specialized training in corporate sustainability and employment law.
