Caitlyn Haynes is a columnist at My Little Mascara Club, a beauty blog and online retailer. Caitlyn started their career as a summer intern at My Little Mascara Club in 2020 and was quickly promoted to Manager of Customer Experience and Loyalty. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing the customer service team and developing loyalty programs. Caitlyn left My Little Mascara Club in May of 2022 to pursue a career in software marketing.
