Christie Kerner is currently the Head of Scaling Strategies at AZ Crown, where Christie helps portfolio companies grow and align their organizations through leadership coaching and strategic planning. Previously, Christie has held positions such as COO at Medplace, Director of Venture Development at StartupAZ Foundation, CEO + Founder at My Little Mascara Club, and various roles at other companies such as H Factor, Launch MiE, Turbulence, IntraEdge, and Startup Grind. Christie has a Master of Science in Management and Leadership and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
