Anowar Shahadat

Anowar Shahadat has a wealth of experience in the IT field, spanning from 2006 to their current position as an Independent Consultant. In their most recent role as a QA Automation Consultant at Softwrd Limited, MyMedicalHUB Int'l Limited, and Digi Nova Limited, Anowar provided expert guidance on automated testing processes.

Before becoming an Independent Consultant, Anowar worked at RA Consulting USA as a POC in Bangladesh.

From 2018 to 2022, Anowar served as the DGM and then AGM for Release Management & DevOps at Nagad. During their time there, they led successful production deployments and reduced bugs reported by clients.

Prior to Nagad, Anowar was the QA Manager at Bit Mascot (Pvt.) Ltd., where they onboarded a multi-million trade finance project and built a high-performing offshore QA team.

Anowar also worked as the Lead Technical Consultant at Data Grid Limited, where they restructured and rebuilt the QA team and process, resulting in cost savings for the company.

Anowar'sexperience also includes working as a QA Manager at GraphicPeople, where they improved QA processes and led offshore teams for media management projects.

Earlier in their career, Anowar was a Lead Software QA Engineer at Exling LLC and a Software Engineer at Aprosoft. At Exling, they successfully delivered a healthcare project and guided hardware product testing, while at Aprosoft, they gained valuable experience as a software developer.

Throughout their career, Anowar has consistently demonstrated their expertise in QA and automation, delivering successful projects, reducing post-release issues, and improving client satisfaction.

Anowar Shahadat completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science with a specialization in Software Engineering from Daffodil International University (DIU) from 2002 to 2006. In addition, they obtained the Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification from Microsoft in October 2009.
