Nicole Khate Bacasmas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Nicole Khate began their career as a Service Crew member at McDonald's in 2016. In 2018, they worked as a Customer Sales Representative at Teleperformance. The following year, they joined Optum as a Customer Service Representative. In 2021, they transitioned to Wipro, where they worked as a Medical Billing Specialist until 2022. During the same year, they also took on the role of an English Second Language Teacher at Engoo. Currently, they are employed as a Medical Virtual Assistant at My Mountain Mover.

Nicole Khate Bacasmas obtained their Associate's degree in Airline Management from Cebu Aeronautical Technical School between 2015 and 2017. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse at Cebu Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete by 2025.
