Terry Kline

Terry Kline is the VP of Franchise Sales at My Place Hotels. Terry has over 30 years of experience in hotel franchising, sales, and development. Terry began their career as a real estate broker in Aberdeen, SD before moving into hotel franchising with Super 8 Motels. In their role as VP of Franchise Sales & Development, they facilitated the sale and development of franchised hotel locations throughout the central/mid-west region of the United States, as well as across all Canadian Provinces. In 2005, they joined Boomerang Hotels as SVP of Franchise Development, overseeing Franchise Sales, Development & Administration for Boomerang's two brands: Settle Inn & Suites and GuestHouse International Hotels and Suites. Terry has been with My Place Hotels since 2014, first as SVP of Franchise Development and then as VP of Franchise Sales.
