Sharon DeRose is an experienced customer relations professional with a strong background in dispute resolution and collections management. Currently serving as Customer Relations Manager for My Plumber Heating and Cooling since August 2016, Sharon focuses on customer retention and the resolution of legal and insurance claims. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at United Consumers INC from May 2005 to August 2016 as Collections Manager, where responsibilities included goal setting, client inventory analysis, employee training, and cost monitoring. Sharon's career began as a Flight Attendant at USAIRWAYS from August 1989 to May 2005. Sharon holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree in General Studies from Northern Virginia Community College, earned between 1996 and 2003.
