Khushru Cooper VR MEng (Hons) CMgr FCMI LCGI is an experienced professional currently serving as a Commissioned Officer in the British Army since November 2002. In addition to military service, Khushru has held various leadership roles, including Director at My Property and Home since April 2019, Global Head of Assurance at the BBC from June 2022 to April 2025, and Group Transformation Lead at Marks and Spencer from September 2021 to February 2022. Other notable roles include Head of HR Portfolio & Digital Transformation at the Metropolitan Police, Head of PMO & Portfolio at Arriva Rail London, and Principal Consultant at REPL Group.
