Kate Hardy

Kate Hardy currently serves as the Director of Operations at MyRacehorse since July 2021. Prior experience includes coordinating the Godolphin Flying Start USA program from December 2012 to June 2021, where responsibilities encompassed organizing the training curriculum and recruiting high-achieving applicants. As a Sales and Marketing Executive at Godolphin, Kate focused on client relations and collaborative content creation. Additional roles include Sales Assistant at Denali Stud, Management Trainee at Darley Flying Start, and various internships in the racing industry. Kate earned a B.S. in Equine Science and Management from the University of Kentucky.
