Katie Winkler

Katie Winkler has a strong background in customer solutions, product management, and customer success management. Katie has worked at My Secure Advantage since 2006, starting as the VP of Customer Success Management and later transitioning to the role of VP of Product Management. In their current position as VP of Customer Solutions & Product Manager, they collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth, improve customer retention, and enhance the customer experience.
