Amy Lee

Amy Lee, SHRM-CP has over 16 years of work experience in various HR roles. Amy currently holds the position of Human Resources Director at MY Shower Door, where they are responsible for overseeing HR operations and talent acquisition. Prior to this, Amy worked as a Vice President-Human Resource Manager at mBank, where they managed all HR operations for a $1.3B community bank. Amy has also gained experience as a Personal Banker at Wells Fargo, an Assistant Manager at Abercrombie & Fitch Co., and a Human Resources Administrator at Gustafson Construction Corp. Throughout their career, Amy has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, training and development, total rewards, employee relations, and retention.

Amy Lee, SHRM-CP, earned a Bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Amy also obtained the certification of SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) in February 2020 from SHRM.
