Jane Morgan Alexander has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Starting in 2008, they worked as a Research Assistant at the American Institutes for Research until 2009. In 2010, they joined the Boston Museum of Science as a Research and Evaluation Associate until 2012. From 2012 to 2014, Jane worked at the CNA Corporation, first as an Associate Research Analyst and later as a Senior Research Specialist.
In 2014, Jane joined EAB and held multiple positions over the course of several years. As an Associate Director, they advised senior clients on revenue potential and designed data collection tools to inform client consultations. Jane then became a Director, where they consulted executive leadership on maintaining brand amidst reputational crises and growing a diverse customer base. Jane'slast role at EAB was Senior Director, where they provided research-driven advice and implementation support to executive leadership and led research initiatives on various topics, including diversity and inclusion and mental health.
Currently, Jane Morgan Alexander holds the position of Vice President Strategy and Talent at My Tech High, Inc. Since 2023, they have been responsible for developing and implementing the company's strategic vision and managing talent acquisition, retention, and development strategies.
Jane Morgan Alexander received a Bachelor of Arts degree in History Teaching from Brigham Young University in 2006. Later, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in International Education Policy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, which they completed in 2010.
