Renea Hanselman-Williams possesses extensive experience in various roles within customer service, finance, and education. Currently serving as a Student Engagement and Enrollment Specialist at My Virtual Academy since February 2022, Renea focuses on supporting unique students in Michigan with enrollment and academic performance challenges. Prior positions include roles at Michigan Schools and Government Credit Union as a Member Services Representative, at the State of Michigan as a Licensed Foster Parent, and as Owner Operator of Pearl Liquidators and Estate Sales, responsible for managing estate liquidation processes. Renea also has a background in underwriting and banking, with positions at United Wholesale Mortgage, Quicken Loans, and several banks, where financial management and customer relations were key responsibilities. Renea holds degrees in Business Marketing and Management from Ferris State University, an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Macomb Community College, and is currently pursuing an Associate's degree in ABA Accounting.
