Naima Djimba has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Naima started their career in 2012 as a Bediening Medewerker at Restaurant Vandaag, where they worked until 2017. From 2013 to 2016, they also served as a Directiesecretaresse at Gemeente Amsterdam. Naima then worked as a Call Agent at Interswitch bv from 2017 to 2020. In 2019, they briefly worked as a Host at amsterdam&partners before joining Van Gogh Museum as a Publiekmedewerker in 2020. Naima also gained experience as an HR-stagiair at Facilicom Solutions from 2020 to 2021 and IKEA from 2021 to 2022, and as a Deelnemer Specialist at Nationale Postcode Loterij from 2021 to 2022. Currently, Naima works as an Operation Specialist Boetes & Vergunningen at MyWheels, starting in 2023.

Naima Djimba obtained their Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from the HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) from 2017 to 2022. Before that, they attended the ROC van Amsterdam - MBO College Hilversum from 2013 to 2015, where they pursued a field of study in Directiesecretaresse / Managementassistent / Secretary management support / Directiesecretaresse. In addition to their education, Naima Djimba obtained two certifications: "Klachten en Lastige Klanten" and "Verzuim en voorwaarden in het kort" from the Online Academy in January 2021.
