Anna-Lena Schaffmann has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Anna-Lena began their career in 2014 as a Working Student and intern at isi GmbH, Germany, where they focused on research. Anna-Lena then joined Refratechnik Holding GmbH in 2017 as a Working Student. In the same year, they also worked as a Hostess for International Fairs and Congresses at MVS Banusch GmbH. From 2018 to 2021, Anna-Lena worked at Serviceplan Public Relations & Content GmbH & Co. KG, first as a Trainee in Content Marketing Management and then as a Consultant in Content Marketing. In 2021, they joined workingwell GmbH as an Online Marketing Manager, a role they held until 2022. Currently, they are serving as an Online Marketing Manager at mybacs, focusing on Loyalty & Retention.
Anna-Lena Schaffmann completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre at The University of Göttingen from 2011 to 2015. Later, they pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree in Marketing und Distributionsmanagement at the same university from 2015 to 2017. In 2016 to 2017, they also studied Marketing Management at Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. Additionally, Anna-Lena obtained several certifications including Trailhead by Salesforce in October 2020, Online Marketing and Social Media Marketing from Steinbeis-Hochschule School of Management and Innovation in May 2018, and Inbound Marketing Methodology from HubSpot Academy in April 2018.
