Marco Magsajo has worked in the IT field since 2004. Marco began as a Customer Service Representative for Kmart's online store at Sykes in 2004. In 2005, they were promoted to a Tier 1.5 NOC Engineer for AT&T GCSC and Tier 1 Broadband Support Small Biz/Consumers Qwest Telecoms at Sykes. In 2011, they moved to Noble Systems as a Support Engineer. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Freelance IT Consultant. Marco currently works as a Senior Support Engineer at MyCallCloud.

Marco Magsajo's education history includes attending Pasig Catholic College from 1985 to 1991, where they completed their Elementary/High School degree. Marco then attended RESPSCI from 1991 to 1996, where they obtained their High School degree. From 1996 to 2001, they attended Central Colleges of the Philippines, studying Computer Science. Finally, from 2003 to 2004, they attended Informatics International College to obtain a Professional Certification in Information Technology.
