Sarah Howe has a diverse work experience that spans multiple roles and organizations. Sarah started their professional career in 2008 as a Social Studies Teacher at Madison County Schools and served until 2013. Following this, they worked as an English Teacher at Clinton Public Schools from 2014 to 2017. Sarah then transitioned to Canopy Children's Solutions, where they held various positions, including Organizational Development and Training Specialist from 2018 to 2019, Learning Management System Administrator from 2019 to 2020, Organizational Development & Training Manager from 2020 to 2023, and currently serves as the Director of Learning and Development.

Sarah Howe completed their education history with a Master of Science degree in Instructional Technology from The University of Southern Mississippi, which they pursued from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Social Studies Education from Mississippi College, graduating in 2008. In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also obtained several certifications, including being a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach from Gallup since April 2023, an Associate Professional in Learning and Performance from the Association for Talent Development (ATD) since March 2022, a Relias Learning Level 3 Certified from Relias since January 2019, a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator from Microsoft since December 2018, a Common Sense Educator from Common Sense Media since August 2017, and a Nearpod Certified Educator from Nearpod since August 2017.
