Sarah Schaidt

Sarah Schaidt is a seasoned professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Director of Learning and Development at Vantage Data Centers since May 2025. Previously, Sarah held the position of Director of Learning and Development at Level Access, where a company-wide learning and development strategy was designed, resulting in enhanced leadership effectiveness and employee engagement for a global workforce. Sarah's roles also include Senior Manager of Learning & Development and Technical Training and Development Manager at Level Access, where initiatives such as the Manager Effectiveness Score and a competency-driven certification program were implemented. Earlier experience at GEICO as a Senior Application System Analyst and Training and Communications Specialist involved leading accessibility compliance strategies and designing training programs, respectively. Sarah holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Valley Forge.
