Pedro Cruz Morais

Pedro Cruz Morais has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Pedro is currently the Co-Founder and Co-CEO of MyCareforce, a healthcare workforce optimization platform. Prior to this, they served as an Entrepreneur In Residence at Demium, where they worked from November 2020 to August 2021. Pedro also founded discoing, a successful monthly music event in Lisbon, where they saw a significant increase in attendees over seven editions. Pedro co-founded and served as an Account Manager at goldfish - out of the tank, a creative agency specializing in brand activation and events, from October 2019 to August 2020.

Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Pedro worked as a Project Manager at Born, where they managed clients in various sectors and developed new business opportunities. Pedro also co-founded MARE Clothing Co., a clothing company that focused on quality and originality, though it did not meet expectations. Pedro gained valuable lessons and learnings from this experience. Additionally, Pedro worked as a Stage Manager Freelancer at Musica no Coracao, coordinating teams for music festivals such as Vodafone Mexefest and Super Bock em Stock. Pedro also held an internship position at FIRMA - Portuguese Business Agency, where they provided assistance to the M&A department.

Pedro Cruz Morais has an education history that includes a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from ISEG - Lisbon School of Economics & Management, from 2013 to 2017. Pedro also participated in an exchange semester at Universidad ESAN in 2015. Prior to their university education, Pedro completed their high school education in Economics at Colégio São João de Brito from 2000 to 2013.
