As Director, they were accountable for the growth, development, and management of major international projects. Xandra also had responsibilities in global technical marketing exchange, training and mentoring of sales personnel, and resolving troubled projects. In the role of Account Manager, Xandra achieved top sales and profit margin performance, developed offshore accounts, and exceeded revenue goals consistently.

Xandra's early career includes work as the Technical Marketing Manager at InterBio Consulting from 1998 to 2001, where they focused on introducing new products to the market and developing wastewater treatment programs. Xandra also worked as the Southwest Regional Manager and later as the Western Regional Manager at Sybron Chemicals from 1990 to 1998. In these roles, they managed regional operations and sales.

Xandra began their career in the energy industry as a Field Engineer and Summer Intern at Dowell Schlumberger Inc. from 1980 to 1986. Xandra gained experience in field operations and engineering during this time. Before that, they worked as a Project Engineer/Project Manager at Thorne Environmental LTD from 1988 to 1990 and as a Direct Sales Engineer at Nalco Chemical Company from 1986 to 1988.
