Daniel Gayford

Daniel Gayford has a wealth of experience in the logistics industry, with a focus on business development and leadership roles. Daniel is currently the Senior Vice President of Business Development for the Americas at Americold Logistics, LLC. In this position, they oversee a team responsible for portfolio management, revenue enhancement, and growth objectives. Prior to this, they held the role of Vice President of Business Development at the same company.

Before joining Americold Logistics, LLC, Daniel served as the Vice President/General Manager of A&R Global Logistics, where they led the non-asset third party logistics division. Daniel was responsible for various functions including operations, business development, customer satisfaction, budget and financial performance, hiring and talent management, and safety, risk, and quality.

Their previous experience includes roles at Weber Logistics, MW Logistics, LLC, Ryder Integrated Logistics, Menlo Worldwide, and UPS. Throughout their career, Daniel has demonstrated expertise in temperature-controlled logistics and cold chain management.

Daniel Gayford holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Education from DePaul University. Daniel also has certifications in LEAN--Red Belt and Six Sigma-Yellow Belt.
