Prior to forming the consultancy, Mr. Monroe was Vice President of Corporate Brand Development at Henry Schein, a Fortune 500 healthcare distribution and service company. He was responsible for all aspects of the private brands. Private brand turnover exceeded $500,000,000. Mr. Monroe has managed business relationships in more than 30 countries.

Prior to joining Henry Schein, he was Vice President for Product Development in a public, technology-based pharmaceutical and medical device company. That company, now part of Pfizer, developed remote delivery systems and telemedicine products (i.e., EpiPen, current nerve agent antidote delivery systems and Cardio Beeper which supported the formation of Shahal Medical Systems (Now SHL Telemedicine, Ltd. in Israel). He led teams which invented, prototyped, tested, commercialized and scaled up the products of the company. Mr. Monroe holds U.S. patents and corresponding foreign patents for medical products. Patents (both expired and current) covering his inventions have been commercialized both in the U.S. and elsewhere. Additional patent applications are currently pending or in preparation.
