Chris Williams

Chris Williams is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems engineering and administration. Currently serving as a Cloud Systems Engineer at myCOI since November 2022, Chris previously worked at Genesys as a Senior Technical Support Engineer and held the position of Engineer III at Atos, where responsibilities included managing over 400 global MS Windows Servers and overseeing OS security patching processes. Prior roles include Sr. Systems Administrator for Global Operations & Infrastructure at The McGraw Hill Companies and LAN/PBX Administrator at Diversified System. Chris holds an A.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology from Indiana University Indianapolis and an A.S. in Computer Programming, Software Development from the Professional Careers Institute.
