Kelly Welch

Kelly Welch has a diverse background in customer service and auditing, currently serving as a Quality Auditor and Customer Care Specialist at myCOI since February 2023. Previously, Kelly held the position of Library Assistant at Scenic Regional Library from November 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities included assisting patrons with materials, reference questions, technology, and community events. Additionally, Kelly gained valuable experience as an Account Administrator and Sr. Certificate Specialist at Lockton Companies from February 2012 to August 2014. Kelly earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis between 2004 and 2006, following studies at Indiana State University from 2000 to 2002.
