Michael Lamorisse

Michael Lamorisse has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Michael started their career in 1999 at Nortel Networks, working as a BSS Development Engineer and later as an OMC-R Datafill Engineer. In these roles, they were responsible for datafill activities on BSS and UTRAN systems and provided on-the-job training to engineering teams in various countries.

In 2003, Lamorisse joined MYCOM OSI as a Senior Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Nims-PrOptima. Michael performed on-site customer activities for pre-sales, deployment, and support in multiple countries, including the USA, Italy, Turkey, France, Ireland, and the UK.

Lamorisse then transitioned to the role of Product Expert at MYCOM OSI in 2007, where they served as a technical expert for performance management. Michael conducted customer-facing pre-sales activities, such as demos, trials, and audits, and provided post-sales support, training, and installation for major European operators.

In 2009, Lamorisse became a Product Manager at MYCOM OSI, focusing on the interfaces product line. Michael managed plug-ins designed to handle vendor technologies in a multi-vendor and multi-technology environment. Their role involved daily interaction with teams in Taiwan, the UK, and the US.

Since 2016, Lamorisse has held the position of Senior Solutions Director at MYCOM OSI. In this role, they are responsible for planning and delivering value-added solutions to customers worldwide, with a focus on mobile and fixed operators. These solutions encompass activities such as performance management, fault management, service quality management, and automation scenarios.

Michael Lamorisse attended ESIGETEL - École Supérieure d'Ingénieurs en Informatique et Génie des Télécommunications from 1996 to 1999. Michael obtained an Engineer degree with a focus on Telecom during their time there.
