Lorenzo Conti

Lorenzo Conti is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Solutions Architecture at Mapbox since July 2025. As Co-Founder and Managing Partner at Leadership Boot since March 2023, Lorenzo oversees strategic direction and provides executive coaching. Previously, Lorenzo held various leadership roles at HERE Technologies, including Director of Professional Services Engineering and Head of Solutions Architecture, where significant achievements included driving innovation in automotive and transportation solutions. Lorenzo's earlier career at Altran involved directing technical consulting and business development across multiple sectors, as well as designing integrated systems for defense and telecommunications. Lorenzo holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Università di Pisa and has further executive training from the Altran International Management Academy in Paris.
