Swati Singh has a work experience starting in 2012 at Ericsson where they held various roles. Their first role was as an Engineer, where they gained technical experience in software QA, analysis, and testing in the multimedia TV area. Swati also had experience in system integration, testing, and client interface and consulting skills. In their subsequent role as a Senior Engineer, Swati demonstrated managerial expertise, achieving increases in customer satisfaction and overall quality of support. Swati also mentored and advised subordinates on critical issues and skill development. In 2022, Swati joined MYCOM OSI as a Customer Service Lead.

Swati Singh completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) in Computer Science from Delhi College of Engineering (DCE) in the years 2005 to 2009. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Information Technology from Symbiosis International University from 2011 to 2013.

In addition to their formal education, Swati obtained several certifications. In September 2014, they earned the ITIL Foundation certification. Following that, in February 2018, they obtained the RHCSA certification from Redhat. In October 2016, they achieved the Juniper Networks Certified Associate, Junos (JNCIA-Junos) certification. In August 2018, Swati completed the Fundamentals of Digital Marketing certification offered by Google. Moreover, they acquired the Ericsson Internal - Cloud Associate certification from Pearson VUE in March 2019. Lastly, in January 2023, they obtained the AWS Cloud Quest: Cloud Practitioner certification awarded by Amazon Web Services (AWS).
