Hamza Haj Ali has a wealth of work experience starting in 2010. Hamza began their career as an IT Support Specialist at Allowzat, then moved on to become a Laboratory Technician at Amana Foods. In 2012, they took on two roles, Quality Assurance Coordinator at Del Monte Fresh Produce N.A., Inc. and Industrial Engineer (Planning and QS) For Water Supply Projects at Yapı Merkezi. In 2017, they joined ALBINA SNACKS AB as a Production Supervisor and Quality Assurance Coordinator, and also began working as a Research Development Laboratory Technician at SLU - Sveriges lantbruksuniversitet. In 2019, they became a Quality Consultant at InQuality, and then in 2022 they transitioned to a Quality Engineer position at Mycorena.
Hamza Haj Ali has a Higher Diploma from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences in Entrepreneurship and Innovation which they obtained in 2016. Hamza also holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from Aleppo University which they obtained between 2004 and 2011. Hamza has also completed courses in Trade Marketing and Advance Category Management from FMCG Education, and a course in HACCP from Anticimex.
