Nestor Campos

Nestor Campos serves as the Process Design & Equipment Development Engineering Manager at MycoWorks, where responsibilities include leading the design of a highly flexible pilot plant and driving capital expansion projects to enhance manufacturing throughput. Previously, Nestor held roles at UPSIDE Foods, including Bioprocess Manager and BioProcess Supervisor, where collaboration with various leaders and direct supervision of cell culture operations were key responsibilities. At BioMarin Pharmaceutical Inc., Nestor supervised upstream production of enzyme replacement therapies, utilizing expertise in cGMP processes. Nestor's earlier experiences include financial oversight as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Clinica Tepati and research activities in orthopaedic surgery. Nestor holds a BS in Microbiology from the University of California, Davis, and is an MBA candidate specializing in Finance at Washington State University, along with an AS in Chemistry and Biology from Solano Community College.
